Geppetto was opened in the fall of 2022, by the owners of Convivium Osteria, a longstanding neighborhood institution in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The owners, Carlo and Michelle Pulixi are now striving to bring the same passion for food, wines and every aspect of the great Italian traditions of hospitality, to the great community of Torrington.
